Media include paintings, clay, glass, prints, wood, jewelry, sculptural steel, and mixed-media.

Participating artists are Lynda Gayle Banner, Katie & Billy Bernstein, Stephanie Berry, Lucinda Brogden, Paige Davis, Carrie DeVee, Bridget Fox, Rolf Holmquist, Kathryn House, Sarah House, Rob Levin, Pete and Kim McWhirter, Nancy Roth, Charlie Smith, Kathleen Turczyn, Matt Willig. Galleries and businesses include One of a Kind Art Gallery, Rosemary and Wood, and Toe River Crafts. Maples Coffee House, next door to OOAK Art Gallery in Micaville, features fine coffee/tea/baked goods and more for both days of the tour.

A special feature of the Art Hop this year will be a kick-off concert on October 11, part of the weekly Thursday night Micaville Music series at OOAK Art Gallery. Broke Holler, (the husband-wife duo of Pete & Kim McWhirter) will perform old-time and original songs from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

The Micaville Music Saturday Morning Jam takes place in the OOAK Loft starting at 10:00 am. All are invited to bring an instrument and play along, or just come to listen.

The Fall Art Hop starts in Micaville, located 4 miles east of Burnsville and 9 miles west of Spruce Pine. Maps are available at One of a Kind Art Gallery (OOAK) in Micaville.
